Every so hundred years a physics experts predict the future of technology. This book is incredibly inspiring, because it helps people see that the world will not be filled with little Terminators. Reading this book is dense, but watch this Tim Ferriss video on tripling your reading speed and I guarantee that you will save time.

Disclosure: The Audiobook is a bore. I think I started falling asleep as I was driving.        

Abundance: The Future is Better than you Think

Be a Rational Optimist and read this book. The audiobook is great. This book will give you tips on what to invest in. The book was released in 2012, some information is widely access, but people still haven’t heard of vertical farming yet and other future projects.


Self Help

NutureShock: New Thinking About Children

Did you know that children can identify races as early as six months? Or how about 98% of kids think lying is bad, but do it anyways. This is a great book even if you don’t have kids, it’ll help you understand why you stayed up so late at night when you were a teenager. This is in the Self Help portion because it will help you understand yourself.
