The companies like SalesForce and Point B take data very seriously and communicate with millennials after analyzing data. Both companies were voted 100 best workplaces for Millennials to work at.
Managers wear a lot of hats. Companies that train their managers or create a separate data analytic job will thrive. According to SHRM “92 percent of companies are struggling to get the strategic insight they need to solve retention problems and other issues.” This means that companies are struggling with interpreting data to help the company.
